Stevie Parle’s Feasts at Craft London
18 May 2017
If you like Stevie Parle’s The Dock Kitchen on Ladbroke Grove, then we can’t recommend highly enough Craft London at Greenwich Peninsula. It’s been up and running for 2 years now, during which Parle and his team have been busy smoking, pickling, curing, had their first honey harvest and planted their kitchen gardens. To celebrate this, Parle is now joining forces with great British suppliers and top chefs to create a unique one-off menu each month with homemade ingredients and new cheeses from Neal’s Yard. In April, the feast centred around dishes inspired by a Mangalitsa pig that has been living in Parle’s garden in Kent, grazing on acorns and apples for over a year (a friend who went said it was absolutely delicious). On 18th May, there will be a seven course vegetarian menu featuring both seasonal and unusual British vegetables which will be coming from the restaurant’s kitchen gardens, Parle’s own garden in Kent and their veggie suppliers in Cornwall. At £45 per person, it doesn’t break the bank but it will definitely surprise, delight and intrigue you – do book now before it sells out.
