FOOD & TALKS
This September will see a month long collaboration between River Cottage, the cookery team led by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, and Borough Market. There will be a number of talks, free cooking demos and masterclasses from River Cottage chefs, including a preservation workshop from author and food writer Rachel de Thample, foraging tips from mycologist John Wright and an introduction to wild food and nose-to-tail eating from Gill Meller. On 21st September, there will be a delicious vegetarian feast hosted by Fearnley-Whittingstall himself to celebrate the launch of his new book, Much More Veg, the proceeds of which will go to the Borough Market trader support fund set up to support traders affected by the closure of the Market after the June terror attacks. Great food for a great cause. Find all the details here.
