Food: chocolate-coated sea salt caramels

Our latest indulgence and favourite thankyou present is a box of chocolate-coated sea salt caramels (we like them so much, we’ve even commissioned our very own). First invented in Paris, Gordon Ramsay introduced them to London at Claridges in 2003. Today our favourites can be found at William Curley (where they come small and chocolatey), Artisan du Chocolat (cocoa dusted in a smart tin) and best of all, Paul A.Young (the most generous helping of gooey caramel).
