Culture: The Bloomsbury Festival

If you are in town this weekend, you should definitely check out The Bloomsbury Festival, which runs from 21 – 23 October. The programme is really extensive and pretty tempting, with events ranging from harpsichord music to historical park trails, cream teas in book shops to meeting Doctor Who’s cyber dog K-9. Plus, there is a whole tent dedicated to children’s activities in Russell Square. Make sure, too, that you stop in at Ben Pentreath on Rugby Street, with its annual Cabinet of Curiosities display. It’s one of our favourite shops in London.
