Shopping & children: ilovegorgeous archive sale

It can be hard to find girls’ clothes that are pretty, not too cutesy, well-made, but don’t cost the earth. So we were very happy to hear that ilovegorgeous, a brilliant label that designs girls clothes (0 to 13 years old), are having an online archive sale from their past winter collections next week, starting on Monday 20 Feb and lasting for seven days only. Set up in 2007 by two friends (one of whom is married to Harry Enfield), their clothes were immediately snapped up by Selfridges, and are now sold everywhere from Le Bon Marche in Paris to Barneys NYC, with clients including Claudia Schiffer and Stella McCartney. So if you’re looking for a warm, woolly winter coat or cashmere cardigan for your little girl, get shopping on their website. With up to 80 percent off normal prices, there are plenty of bargains to be snagged.
