Prize draw: win a pair of tickets to see Ballgowns: British Glamour since 1950 at the V&A

The newly opened Ballgowns exhibition at the V&A is utterly romantic. There are the most gorgeous gowns on display, from the pearl encrusted Catherine Walker dress that Princess Diana wore on a state visit to Hong Kong in 1989, to more uptodate red carpet designs by Alexander McQueen, Jenny Packham and Giles Deacon. The frocks are exquisitely made and you can really get up close to see the detail, especially upstairs in the newly refurbished Fashion Gallery where the clothes are displayed outside of the usual glass cabinets.  It’s perfectly sized, not too big and not too small (unlike some of the waists which are tiny!), and altogether rather dreamy.

And if this show sounds right up your street, then enter our prize draw below to win a pair of tickets. Just fill in your name and details by 5pm on 14th June and we’ll pick one lucky winner out of a hat.
