StoryStock Children's Festival

writing my essay

p>Stories in all their varied forms are the inspiration behind the inaugural StoryStock children’s festival which launches in Shepherd’s Bush next week – coinciding neatly with half-term fatigue. Running until 2nd November each day is packed with truly brilliant activities for kids from 0-13, from wizardy drama workshops to author readings and really fun classes including one on making stop-motion videos using puppets and clay models. There’s Eeyore's Birthday Tea Party with tea and honey sandwiches with Pooh Bear and friends, a laugh-out-loud show from Paul Lyall (Poet in Residence of The Roald Dahl Museuem) and a workshop with The Armchair Puppet Theatre who will bring Alice Through The Looking Glass to life with puppets. What’s more, party entertainers extraordinaire Sharky & George will be taking part too with fun sessions based on their new book Don’t You Dare.
