The Decalogue retrospective at The ICA

The Decalogue 6

Starting this evening and then almost every night until 9th December, is a retrospective by the ICA celebrating the 25th anniversary of Krzysztof Kieślowski’s masterpiece The Decalogue (Dekalog).  Showing all ten of the one-hour films that were originally a 1989 Polish television drama series, together with some of his documentaries and lesser-known films, if you haven’t seen any of his work, then this is a real treat. Inspired by the Ten Commandments, The Decalogue (Dekalog) is incredibly thought-provoking and emotional.  A huge influence on many other film directors – from Stanley Kubrick to Robert Altmann – these are films not to be missed.
