We are big fans of Nina Parker’s joyful, indulgent cooking – we’ve raved about both her debut book and her supper clubs here before. Next week Parker is hosting another one of her Brixton dinners and, better still, it’s inspired by her latest cooking odyssey (and subject of her sequel cookbook) around Capri and the Amalfi coast. So you can expect a delicious menu kicking off with a blood orange prosecco and finishing with Nina’s seriously luxed up banana split served from her 70s Citroen ice-cream van. With lots of fresh, zingy southern Italian seasonal cooking inbetween. Buon appetito!
