If you are a fan of Nina Parker’s Instagram feed – featuring glamour-drenched shots of her culinary adventures across the Mediterranean – then you will know that she has another book due out very soon: an Italian follow up to her excellent Nina St Tropez. But before that, you can get a taster of her cooking at a pop up hosted by Habitat in the private room of its Chelsea outpost. The four course brunch will include nods to her upcoming book Nina Capri; mains include free range eggs with smoked salmon and roast almond pesto and rocket or spelt ricotta pancakes with almond butter and a blueberry compote. There will be detoxing fresh juices too as well as chesnut banana bread to kick off proceedings. And to get into the Capri swing of things there will music from the golden era of the Amalfi coast. What better way to start a summer weekend?
