Fare Healthy Festival with Skye Gyngell, Rosemary Ferguson, Amelia Freer, Valentine Warner & Anna Jones

Whilst we are fully aware of the backlash against the ‘clean eating’ phenomenon, we also think that choosing to eat more healthily and doing more exercise are not just ‘fads’. The organiser of the Fare Healthy Festival thinks similarly (to read Rose Lloyd Owen’s thoughts on the Horizon documentary and more, do read her blog here) and she has invited a whole range of people to attend, from nutritionists such as Amelia Freer and Rosemary Ferguson to chefs such as Skye Gyngell and Valentine Warner.  The emphasis is on feel-good food, exercise and wellbeing and there are a huge range of events and talks on offer.  You can sign up for one-to-one 20 minute consultations with food and exercise specialists, do a Bodyism class, listen to talks on how to build a food business by Ella Mills or on food stories by Anna Jones.  We’re particularly impressed by the kids zone too which has a face painting and play area with talks by the Chiappa sisters (we hear their kids recipe book is great) and childrens food blogger, Lizzie Loves Healthy.  Be inspired!
