A Blow Dry at Dyson’s new Beauty Lab, £35

How good can a hairdryer really be? Find out at Dyson’s demo store on Oxford Street, where you can have a blow dry in their new Beauty Lab where professional stylists are on hand with Dyson’s Supersonic hairdryer and the Airwrap styler. Appointments need to be pre-booked here – and do hurry as many dates have now sold out.

Patchology Restoring Night Eye Gels, £4 each or £18 for 5

For anyone burning the candle at both ends these overnight patches are a lifeline. The combination of retinol and peptides reduce fine lines, whilst arnica and cucumber sooth and reduce dark circles, and there’s squalene to add moisture and hydrate. Another tip is to add an extra pillow on particularly late nights – it helps fluid to drain and stops the eyes from being puffy in the morning.

Rodial Vitamin C face soufflé, £85 at Space NK

Vitamin C is the thing for when you wake up and look in the mirror to find a grey complexion looking back at you. Wipe away tiredness with Rodial’s face soufflé sunshine pot:

Drunk Elephant’s F-Balm Overnight Mask, £44

There is already a lot of hype around this overnight ‘electrolyte waterfacial’ mask thanks to its addition of Vitamin F (a group of lipids full of fatty acids that plump the skin). It doesn’t launch until January 2020 – get it first at Space NK or online at Cult Beauty:

Susanne Kaufmann’s Oil Bath for the Senses, £25 for 100ml at Cult Beauty

Soak away all ills physical and emotional with this heavenly oil bath, truly the most restorative out there. Buy as big a bottle as you can afford:
