One of the best things about lockdown has been all the cooking, with so many great recipes and tutorials being shared on Instagram. Now we’re offering home cooks something even more exciting: the chance to win a 1:1 Zoom Masterclass with David Moore, founder of Michelin-starred Pied à Terre restaurant. During the 90-minute class you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta under expert guidance. If you have a pasta machine you could learn to roll perfect long pasta (linguine or tagliatelle) and then cook it with fresh salmon or a sauce of your choice (to be agreed before the class*). If you don’t have a machine, then there’s the option to learn how to make hand-rolled potato gnocchi instead.
