A play that will make you laugh

We are all in need of a dose of laughter wherever we can get it at the moment. With nearly of all Sonia Friedman’s West End shows closed we’re leaping at the chance to book The Comeback, a new play that will run for just 3 and a half weeks this Christmas. The premise is two comedy acts in last chance saloon. They’re set to play to a sparse crowd but then it’s revealed a Hollywood director is in the audience and all hell breaks loose as they battle to impress. Written by and starring The Pin’s Ben Ashenden and Alex Owen it’s endorsed by James Corden, and strikes a tone between Noises Off and Morecambe and Wise. Tickets from £10, book now – the show will play to a socially-distanced audience. Full details of restrictions and Covid-19 measures here.
