The leaves are turning colour, the temperature has dropped and we’re ready for autumn. This fall, however, we’re needing our small but cosy comforts more than ever (running a long bath, reading a great book, wrapping up warm and eating delicious food). Here are some of our must-haves:
Inspired by the flowers from their own cutting garden, you can now buy Daylesford’s new curated selection of garden bulbs. Plant now in the garden to flower next Spring or even better, in indoor pots for this Winter.
Skye Gyngell’s Spring Restaurant are adding cinnamon buns to their online shop this week and we can’t wait to try them (also on our shopping list are the spicy carrot soup and the Cardamom and plum ripple ice cream). Spring Restaurant (they deliver within a 12 km radius of the restaurant)
We might be biased (they are a Swedish brand after all!) but we’ve got a fair few of them, from cross country skiing to classic leather, and our Hestra gloves have never let us down. Beautifully made, comfortable and warm, we’ve got our eyes on a pair of Kathryns this winter which now come in new colour ways.
We’re already big fans of bedlinen makers Coco & Wolf and it’s great news that they are about to open a Coco & Wolf shop at Liberty’s from Monday 5th October 2020. Peruse their luxurious bedding and accessories (they really are super soft) with new and exclusive prints available too (both in-store and online too).
We can’t wait to read Nathalie Farman-Farma’s new design book Decors Barbares: The Enchanting Interiors of Nathalie Farman-Farma which was published last week and features her beautiful fabrics as seen in her homes in London, Connecticut and Lake Tahoe. £35.61 (reduced from £50) at Amazon
We love these soaps hand-crafted in Paris using only natural ingredients and fully recyclable packaging. Around 25 Euros from Seemsoap or newly stocked at AimeLondon.
And finally, we’ve just started the latest Cormoran Strike mystery and we’re gripped. Of course, what we’re most interested in, is will Cormoran and Robin finally get together?! Troubled Blood by Robert Galbraith (aka JK Rowling). £9.99 at Amazon
