Kitchen creativity has greatly diminished in our house. Maybe it’s the last few years of pandemic cooking – my family is in dire need of some recipe updates.
So, we were over the moon to find that Nina Parker has bottled up some of her best sauces to make cooking a snap. Packed with flavour, we have been trying them on everything. There are four to try; peanut salsa, chilli oil, smoked pesto and chilli sambal – our favourite – which is the perfect way to spice up your usual morning eggs. Made with love, these little jars really elevate your home cooking and you can literally put them with anything from vegetables to fish and meat or try adding them to a salad dressing.
