MR HOWARD (left)
This cocktail is named after Stewart Howard, one of the rst people in the world to serve Seedlip.
INGREDIENTS
Spice 94: 50ml
Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice: 2 tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice: 20ml
Sugar Syrup
1 tbsp Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Star Anise
Glass: Coupe
METHOD
Add Spice 94, grapefruit juice, lemon juice & sugar syrup to a shaker with ice
Shake for 30 seconds Double strain into a coupe glass Garnish with a star anise
GARDEN SOUR
The number 108 refers to the average number of days it takes to sow, grow & hand-harvest our peas.

INGREDIENTS
Cloudy Apple Juice: 35ml
Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Cider Vinegar: 1 tsp
Rosemary Sprig: 1
Thyme Sprig: 1
Sugar Syrup: 2 tsp
Egg White: 1
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Rosemary
Glass: Coupe
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice & shake Double strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a rosemary sprig
CUCUMBER
There can be a 20°C difference between the inside of a cucumber & the actual temperature outside (hence the phrase ‘as cool as a cucumber’).

INGREDIENTS
Garden 108: 60ml
Cucumber & Lemon Shrub: 20ml
Salt: Pinch
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lemon Thyme
Glass: Coupe
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice & stir Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme
