Pimlico pop-ups and new shops

It's an often overlooked area of London, yet Pimlico (including Elizabeth Street) is one of our favourite parts of London - particularly at the moment with Belgravia in Bloom (on until 29th May). With three new shops arriving this week, we reveal our top spots.

A Little Bird Pimlico
A Little Bird With Nothing Underneath Shop

With Nothing Underneath, 47 Elizabeth Street, SW1W 9PP

Pip Durrell of WNU opened her first shop yesterday Wednesday 25th May and we went to have a look.  We are big fans of her shirts (along with Megan, Duchess of Sussex and many others), particularly the boyfriend cut. They are well made, can be worn tucked in or untucked and get better and better with each wash. With the opening of the new shop, WNU are launching a new High Summer 2022 collection including new shades of ‘The Boyfriend Linen’ shirt in mint, lilac and cornflower stripes, along with ‘The Weekend’, a new style featuring a boxy shape in fresh coloured seersucker fabrics, as well as a sustainable hemp fabric.  It’s great to see the shirts all in one place and be able to try them on for size and fit.  A word of warning though – once you buy one, you’re hooked.

Rogue Matilda Pop-Up Shop, 75 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9PJ, 2 – 30 June 2022

Just down the road will be a new pop-up from Rogue Matilda with her spring/summer collection plus other favourites.  If you weren’t sure about whether those shoes were right for you before, now is your chance to try them on.  Our favourites include these lace ups.

Other favourites on Elizabeth Street include:

A Little Bird Edward Bulmer

Edward Bulmer new shop, 194 Ebury Street, SW1W 8UP

Around the corner is another new shop that has just arrived – the first Edward Bulmer paint shop which had it’s official opening last night.  Situated next to Robert Kime, the shop inside is painted in Bulmer’s signature colours and recreates at-home spaces in different areas. There are colour-wheels and sample pots galore – it really is paint heaven!

Other favourites around Pimlico Road are:

A Little Bird Pimlico Eccleston Yards

An often over-looked part of Pimlico is the wonderful Eccleston Yards which was renovated in 2018 and has the delicious Wild at Tart restaurant (if you’re still hungry, don’t miss Daylesford Organic on Pimlico road).  There are often pop-ups and outdoor screenings in summer and an artisinal market – keep up to date will the events via their Instagram page.
